Higher education is the educational phase that follows secondary education, including intermediate education, which is two or three years. It also includes the bachelor, masters and doctorate degrees.
Target groups:
Workers in higher education targeted in this area are the outstanding teachers, including university professors, who teach only, or teach and do university administrative work, such as heading departments and colleges, or combine between this work and academic scientific research, or between teaching and university community service or local community or the State, in the area of their specialization in governmental partnered and private universities and higher institutes, so as to be approved by the Ministry of Higher Education in the UAE and other Arab countries , where one award is granted to a University Professor in the UAE and one award is granted to a University professor in the Arab World.
